Every photographer dreams of capturing moments that become part of history. For me, that dream came true when I had the opportunity to work as an official photographer and content creator for the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2024 in England.
What began as a passion for cricket and photography in Lucknow led me to the iconic Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham, where I documented legendary cricketers who once ruled the international stage. Standing behind the camera, watching cricketing icons return to the field, was a surreal experience that combined my love for sports with my profession.
The recognition by a leading newspaper was not just a personal milestone but also a reminder that dedication and perseverance can open doors to extraordinary opportunities. As a research scholar at the University of Lucknow, balancing academics with professional assignments has never been easy, but experiences like WCL reaffirm that hard work always finds its reward.
From capturing breathtaking match moments to creating engaging social media content throughout the tournament, every day presented a new challenge and a new story to tell.
This journey is proof that dreams nurtured with passion, persistence, and purpose can take you from the streets of Lucknow to the biggest sporting stages in the world. It is only the beginning, and many more stories remain to be captured.
